The handheld Artec scanner can be used to scan an object and so that it can be imported into can Software of 3D printed. 

Boxford 250PCi CNC Lathe fitted with 8 station disc turret for automatic tool changing.

The Hot Wire Strip Heater 1000 is used for bending acrylic sheets. 

The Profile Router 145 trims light gauge vacuum formings up to 3mm (0.125in) thick easily, safely & quickly.

A sheet of thermoplastic material is clamped around its edges and heated until flexible. A heat-proof mould of the required shape is elevated into the softened material. The air between the sheet and the mould is evacuated by a vacuum pump. Atmospheric pressure pushes the material tightly over the mould. The material cools and returns to its rigid state and is then removed. 

The FB1500 Flat Bed Laser has been designed to handle larger format material to give more versatility to projects and higher production rates. The large bed size allows an entire classes work to be nested and produced quickly and accurately in a single session.
The laser supports both primary and secondary projects and is capable of engraving and cutting a wide range of resistant materials and textiles. 

The Microrouter Compact is a compact yet powerful 3D CNC Router which is suitable for all levels of education and training, and is manufactured to meet industrial standards. Programmable spindle speeds make the Microrouter Compact ideal for cutting wood, plastic, acrylic and prototyping materials etc. 

Novamill is a compact 3 axis CNC bench milling machine suitable for all levels of education and technical training. The machine is fitted with an automated 6 station tool changer which adds a level of automation into the manufacturing process, simulating industrial practice. 

The Dimension BST (Breakaway Support Technology) builds parts from ABS Plastic and uses a brittle support material. After removing the finished model from the build chamber the support material is broken off by hand. 

The Easymount EM1400 Laminator is a lage format laminator that is capable of laminating media up to 54 inches wide. 

Sublimation Printing allows you to design a photo quality graphic and transfer it onto either a polyester fabric or polyester coated material, such as a ceramic mug, t-shirt or mouse mat etc. 

The Epson Stylus Pro 4800 inkjet sublimation printer uses UltraChrome K3 ink technology that provide better quality prints. While other printers use one black and three colour cartridges, the Epson UltraChrome K3 range has three black inks and five coloured inks, for unmatched image quality. This coupled with fast print speeds makes this printer ideal for producing high quality sublimation prints. The new Stylus PRO 4800 printer is able to print colour proofs up to contract quality and features improved tonal gradation and improved gloss differential.  

The heat press is used to tranfer sublimation inks and onto white polyester fabrics or plastics.
The press can also be used for tranferring plain vinyl trannsfers onto fabrics of any type or colour.  

The Festool table is modular design and can acommodate either the Festool Router or Circular saw. The circular saw is used for preparing materials for machining. The router is used for finishing/rounding the edges of materials and is much quicker to use that using a CNC machine.

The mug press allows images to be transferred onto ceramic mugs. Two ceramic mugs can be pressed at any time. WestWirralWorks has two of these mug pressing machines for bulk manufacturing. This allows us to run projects for large size classes. 

Small sze vinyl cutter capable of banner cutting. The Stika machine makes it easy to cut out graphics that you've designed on the computer onto adhesive backed vinyl sheets.  

The VersaCAMM is a printer/cutter capable of outputting durable indoor and outdoor graphics on uncoated media. The machine prints and then cuts around the printeed area (contour cut). The machine can be loaded with standard white stick backed vinyl for producing stickers or with fabric vinyl for producing coloured transfers which can be applied to coloured fabrics. 

The Roland Versacam VP540 is a large format printer that can print on a wide variety of materials. As the inks are solvent based, prints are suitable for use for exterior signage. For additional toughness prints can be laminated on our large format laminator. The machine can also be used as a cutter and will produce sheets of peel off stickers.
